The
Standard Corporate Protection Package is designed for Small
Business and requires that the business be an incorporated entity
(i.e. a Pty Ltd or Limited company). The standard package normally
costs $4,500 plus GST and includes an initial personal meeting
following submission of the Service Application Agreement;
preparation of all documentation; and all costs including ASIC
filing fees. The Special Offer price for all packages purchased
prior to 31 March 2010 is $3,250 plus GST ($3,575 total) –
a saving of $1,375 on the standard price - paid as
follows:
- $ 1,000 plus GST
deposit
- $ 1,000 plus GST prior
to lodgment of documents with ASIC; and
- $ 1,250 plus GST on
completion
DSBN Members,
however, receive additional discounts to the $3,575 total
price:
DSBN Members pay only
$3,396.25 including GST - a saving of $178.75
DSBN Premium
Members pay only $3,217.50
including GST - a saving of $357.50
Special
payment terms also apply to both of these DSBN Member
offers:
- $ 1,000 including GST
deposit
- $ 1,000 including GST
prior to lodgment of documents with ASIC; and
- $ balance on
completion
