PY's standard
protection package for companies, which includes an initial
personal meeting following submission of the Service Application
Agreement; preparation of all documentation; and all costs
including ASIC filing fees is normally $4,500 plus GST – $1,500
deposit, $1,500 prior to lodgment of documents with ASIC and $1,500
on completion. The package is available for the Special Offer price
of $3,250 plus GST for all packages purchased prior to 31 March
2010 - LESS the DSBN Member Discount.

Why use Protect
Yourself?
Cost: If you
instructed an accountant and solicitor to prepare and lodge the
documents contained in the Standard Corporate Protection Package,
the cost could easily exceed $20,000. PY can price this so
reasonably because of the volume of these transactions and can
therefore pass on the savings to you. Legal documentation has been
reviewed by one of Australia’s leading national law firms –
providing a streamlined solution at a fraction of the cost of
starting from scratch with your own lawyer.
Never
out-dated: Loan documentation
tends to be dynamic. Sometimes changes are required due to Court
rulings and/or legislation. PY guarantees to make any necessary
updates to your documentation at no charge (apart from any
third-party costs that may need to be paid, such as
ASIC filing fees) for three years from the date of the
original documentation.
Impartiality: While your
temptation may be to use your own accountant and/or lawyer, you
should perhaps understand that, in the event you do need to use
these documents to protect your own assets, the chances are that
your accountants and maybe even your own lawyers will be your
creditors. By using PY you are guaranteed impartiality.
In
future: Insolvency and
appointing Receivers, etc, can be expensive. PY works with a number
of major firms and will ensure that whoever you appoint to handle
an Administration will do it in the most economical and
cost-effective manner.

Standard Corporate Protection Package is designed for Small
Business and requires that the business be an incorporated entity
(i.e. a Pty Ltd or Limited company). You can fill in
